Primary responsibilities include:


Keeping current on regulation in regards to providers and internal training
Maintaining policies and procedures and revising them when necessary
Participating in chair meetings involving legislation and annual review of policies and procedures
Preparing surveys and audits
Submitting quarterly and annual regulatory reports to the state

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have legal or regulatory compliance experience, preferably in the healthcare field. Project management experience is essential. Familiarity with California law is desired, as is a background in managed behavioral health. Solid MS Office proficiency is a must. Paralegals would be best equipped for this role.
