Regional Support Representative

MarketSource, Inc. is currently seeking a Regional Support Representative to represent our client, a major technology and related products manufacturer.Significant Responsibilities:
•Provide inside support primarily for Field Account Managers. This support can extend to System Integrators and direct end-users.
•With the assistance of Sales Engineers, configure data networks using an on-line catalog of products
•Configure products to meet the requirements of the customer with an existing data network
•Generate quotations using on-line quotation tool.
•Coordinate trade-in programs allowing migration of competitive products.
•Facilitate the processing and clarification of orders with the originator.
•Resolve Customer Service Issues in areas that include ordering errors, returned material, expediting,•Establish and Maintain business relationships with Account Managers, System Integrators and end-users.
•Respond to a variety of requests that come from Field Account Managers, Field System Engineers, System Integrators, and direct end-users.
•Design and maintain registers that allow forecasting assistance, follow-up and task lists
•Document all work activities in a proprietary Customer Relationship Management tool
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Position Requirements
•Experience in Sales or Sales Support is desired
•Good phone skills
•Practical knowledge of data products and networks
•Ability to learn on-line proprietary software tools
•Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
•After one month, become certified as a Cisco Sales Expert
•Written and oral communications
•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•Specific understanding of Cisco Product and Networks is a definite plus.
