Regional Real Estate Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Regional Operations Team to manage a portfolio of real estate projects, beginning with requirements definition, through leasing and design and construction activities to move.
- Liaison to key Regional Operations members over the course of projects, monitor and report progress, escalate issues as appropriate and facilitate solutions teams.
- Work with the Director of Relationship Management and Regional Operations Leader to facilitate informed strategic site planning among field and real estate constituents.
- Work with Director of Relationship Management to deploy national design and
space standards, including engagement/communication strategy and collateral.
- Work with the Regional Operations Team to design communications strategies for operational changes. Draft, finalize and ensure implementation of communications in multiple mediums including web-based, email, voicemail, and hand-outs.
Recurring tasks:
Travel to project related sites; perform analysis on various real estate options; end to end management of project process, and other tasks to be determined. Be available for on site move preparation and new office openings.
Work Complexity:
- Participate in regular strategic and tactical cross-channel meetings of Workplace Services
- Facilitate meetings with the regional leaders to gather information for presentations and communications
- Serve as subject-matter expert in project management and communications for Relationship Management
Responsibility:
- Work with National Director, Relationship Management and RRMs in
developing time lines, communications and project management around moves and other relationship management projects
- Work independently, with the National Director, Relationship Management, and Regional Operations Leaders to establish time lines, communication procedures and documentation, and presentations to management Exercise judgment and discretion in translating broad firm goals into specific objectives which incorporate the firm's vision
- Be cognizant of the fact that decisions and actions may impact locations across the Firm as well as the success of the new Workplace Services Organization
Analysis and Problem Solving:
- Develop creative solutions to numerous problems and issues that arise as we move from legacy space to new Workplace Services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by engaging the appropriate stakeholders/SMEs efficiently
- Collect data, develop recommendations and facilitate decision-making for superiors
- Identify, prioritize and
escalate issues in a pro-active manner
- Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills
- Prior experience in developing communication strategies and plans
- 5-7 years of prior project management and strategic communications related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Some experience in facilities, operations and real estate, with an understanding of the Function-Specific Subsidiaries and their respective real estate, facilities and operations requirements
- Should have expertise with workplace related issues
- Strong analytical and change management skills
- Ability to think and execute both strategically and tactically
