Raymour & Flanigan Furniture is the fastest growing furniture retailer in the Northeast. We are looking for an experienced, successful and driven Regional Operations Recruiter to continue to develop our NJ/NY Market. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and talented Regional Recruiter to join our team of retail professionals.

Location: Bayonne NJ, Oakland NJ or Monmouth Junction NJ

As a Regional Operations Recruiter, you’ll support our growth in this market with sourcing, selecting and hiring retail exempt and non-exempt level employees for the following areas: Showrooms/Customer Service/ Warehouses and Call Centers. The Regional Operations Recruiter is an integral part of Raymour & Flanigan’s success in our ability to hire a diverse workforce that shares the same vision, passion and dedication as our original founders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
·Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules for candidates
·Pre-screen candidates for all levels
·Perform other tasks and special projects as required
·Assess recruiting needs and develop sourcing strategy to target outstanding candidates.
·Develop strong relationships with colleges
·Ensure that information is properly maintained and distributed.
·Source candidates through Internet, referrals, research, field recruiting etc…
·Compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local state and federal laws and guidelines
·Communicate staffing needs to generate referrals and staffing leads.
·Other functions as needed by management

Requirements:
·Experience in Recruiting Drivers, Warehouse Supervisors/helpers and other warehouse positions as necessary.
·Bachelors degree and retail industry experience a plus but not required!
·Flexibility to travel within the NJ/NY area
·Overnight travel to Long Island NY when necessary
·Strong sense of urgency
·The ability to have fun in a fast paced growth oriented environment
