Regional Administrator ICF-MR

The Administrator position is responsible for coordinating all regional operation activities within ICF-MR Residential Services including staffing, training, fiscal, plant operations and programming. Additionally, this position will supervisor the oversight of the Case Management Services for the clients in that region. This responsibility includes planning, organizing, delegating and monitoring the activities of the Home Managers, Case Managers/Service Coordinators and staff. Also, the Administrator will be responsible to communicate and convey needs to support personnel and ensure that these services are provided. This supervision will also vary in degree of intensity based on the needs of each individual served as well as staff capabilities. The job responsibilities also include protecting and affirming the rights of the individuals by creating a working environment responsive to their needs. The Administrator shall serve as a liaison between the respective region and the Executive Director.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be licensed and entitled to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator, in the State of Oklahoma. The Administrator must be able to effectively supervise the area of ICF-MR Residential Services and PCP/IHP processes. This position must be able to independently make decisions that impact all aspects of each individual's Support/Habilitation Plan (PCP, IHP) as well as general policies and procedures implemented by staff. The Administrator must be able to communicate efficiently between Home Manager, Individuals, Case Managers/Service Coordinators, Upper Management, Support Staff, Outside Agencies and Families.
