Our company is currently hiring a Recruiting Specialist that will support a group of district managers by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for all store positions. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help develop the quality of store level candidates that will build bench strength for our entrepreneurial retail division.

As our Recruiting Specialist, you will direct the recruiting process across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional customer service, timeliness and quality to achieve hiring targeted positions based on agreed-upon hiring plans in accordance with business plans. You will works with department managers to determine their strategic staffing needs and help develop plans and strategies to address current and future needs. You will develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. You will identify good networkers among current employees and utilize their existing networks to develop employee referrals.

The Recruiting Specialist will work out of our headquarters office in Rockleigh, N.J. (border of Rockland County, NY and Bergen County, NJ).
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must posses:
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Project management skills, including measurement, reporting and financial analysis
Organizational skills
Ability to supervise and provide lead direction around recruiting practices and procedures
Travels extensively to meet retail recruiting needs.
Retail experience a plus!
Fluency in both English and Spanish a plus. (English required.)

Experience:
2 to 4 years in active recruiting roles
Sales & marketing experience a plus
