Job Description
Due to the continued success of SIG and the rapid expansion of the recruiting team, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Recruiting as well as the recruiting team in our Bala Cynwyd office. The Administrative Assistant will provide daily support including correspondence, filing, answering phones, maintaining schedules, arranging meetings and appointments, coordinating recruiting events, preparing reports, ordering supplies, reconciling expense reports, preparing and executing check requests and managing petty cash.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma.
Secretarial school, Associates or Bachelor's degree, preferred.
Three to five years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional environment, preferably financial services.
Must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Must have demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (with a minimum number of errors).
Strong written and spoken command of the English language, including spelling and grammar.
