REQUIREMENTS
As a DoubleStar Recruiting Support Specialist, you will work with our team of experienced staffing experts to deliver recruitment support to some of the fastest-growing firms in the region. You will provide assistance to our consultants in support of client recruitment projects which involves coordinating schedules for phone screens and interviews, maintaining phone screen/interview records as driven by consultant input, conducting phone screens as needed, conducting reference checks, and preparing client reports.

Your success in this role will depend upon:
your strong administrative support experience (minimum of 3 years’ office experience; prior recruiting support experience a plus)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly-developed interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), and Internet-based software

Strong proficiency in Excel required

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Ability to work well on your own or as a member of an interdependent team
