We currently have an opening for Recruiter Associate based at our Boca Raton, FL Location.
General Summary
The Recruiter Associate is responsible for managing our traveler’s credentials, references, and files as well as facilitating resolutions to their issues. The role entails consistent responsibility in servicing, educating, and expanding our customer base within the organization. This position requires the ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, as well as the ability to educate customers about our company service.
REQUIREMENTS
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1.Pre-qualify candidates through referencing: obtain references verbally or electronically; verify written references and performance evaluations. Once references are obtained, verify candidate meets CCTC standards for placement. When candidate’s references do not meet CCTC standards, identify and facilitate next steps including eligibility status change.
2.Maintain and update candidate’s files including work history, skills check list(s) and assignment evaluations in preparation for submission or renewal.
3.Manage the credentials for confirmed clients: prepare contract packages upon confirmation verifying the accuracy and inclusion of required information; facilitate delivery process; verify receipt of information by client, ensure understanding of credentials requirements, provide assistance in obtaining necessary credentials (testing timelines, licensure requirements and time required to obtain, locate classes, labs); discuss and evaluate plan for obtaining required credentials to meet compliance deadlines; communicate internally with Recruiter(s) and Compliance Auditors regarding status and potential concerns; follow up as necessary with client to ensure 100% compliance according to deadline utilizing P60 generated credentials grid and IMScan (CCTC imaging system). Receive credentials via fax, mail, email; ensure legibility, review for authenticity and verify match to requirement; facilitate delivery to data entry; confirm receipt of credentials to traveler and update status of any pending documents; document all activities in P60 (CCTC operating system); notify Recruiter(s) and Compliance Auditors of status of compliance and delinquencies when applicable. Interact with Cross Country University to resolve testing issues and CE requirements. Communicate post confirmation changes to orientation or required credentials to traveler and facilitate any necessary modifications/accommodations in order to meet said change.
4.Manage the credentialing requirements for working clients: Provide accurate, timely information to travelers regarding expiring credentials and certifications utilizing expiring documents and licensure reports; assist with locating classes, labs to ensure compliance; notify Recruiter(s) and Compliance Auditors of status and potential issues; facilitate 100% compliance for all required credentials; document activities in P60 (CCTC operating system).
5.Provide licensure information, paperwork and guidance regarding timelines for completion; work with Boards of Nursing (BON) to facilitate the issuance of licensure in order to meet start date requirement; facilitate problem solving to ensure same.
6.Manage Associate reports and follow up to ensure client satisfaction; contact travelers on Pending Insurance Report to facilitate receipt of insurance enrollment forms; Short Hours Report to ensure completion of assignment hours, payment of completion bonus and credit for hours worked to LRP (Loyalty Rewards Program); Bonus Upgrade Report to offer and confirm, when appropriate, extension of contract with incremental benefits; Expiring Address Report to maintain database integrity and ensure communications from company reach traveler.
7.Conduct hours audits to ensure completion of contracted hours, process extension requests as needed; reprint pay stubs as needed.
8.Facilitate resolution to problems for travelers on assignment: research, define and resolve problems related to reimbursements (ie: travel reimbursement), deductions, holiday pay, hours discrepancies, bonus payments, taxation issues; follow up on missing timesheets to ensure payroll deadlines met and clients paid as scheduled; facilitate exchange of information and client needs in regards to housing issues (ie: furniture deliveries, utilities issues, maintenance problems); research and resolve issues related to LRP accounts (forfeiture of tenure level, hours, incorrect hours postings).
9.Process referral bonuses: verify eligibility, verify address information; initiate payment process and communicate status to referrer.
10.Contact travelers to review positions: act on position matches generated from the system, review new postings, offer renewals when requested by hospital; research and submit Priority One profiles to meet traveler’s geographical needs when positions are not immediately available. .
11.Cover for Recruiter(s) during unexpected absences: manage daily activities including follow up on submissions, potential confirmations, review of positions; responsible for handling all incoming calls and internal communications related to the business at hand.
12.Generate communication to/for travelers: Pre-employment core documents packets; Assignment Specific Letters; collection/termination letters; birthday cards and other miscellaneous letters. Collect incoming mail from mail tower and distribute appropriately.
Associates supporting international recruiter(s) are also responsible for:
1.Immigration/Employment Requirements: Educating travelers on credentials required to work in the US; facilitate
information and access to Visa Screen Specialist; generate requests for TN Visas; process reimbursements (Visa
Screen, TN, Green Card) upon receipt of required documentation; process Green Card contracts; facilitate access
to Law Logix (Immigration operating system).
2.Facilitate resolution to problems related to immigration matters with Immigration team members and/or Director.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
1.Bachelors Degree preferred or two years of demonstrated success in an administrative support position and/or a service oriented environment
