Recreation Supervisor

This position maintains the established standards of performance, service, hospitality, cleanliness and safety of the Recreation Department at all times in order to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. This position is a full time, year round position. Daily duties include, but are not limited to, supervising, coordinating, designing and implementing social activities for guests’ ranging in age from 3 years to seniors/adults. Responsible for supervising activity coordinators, and recruiting for the Recreation internship program. Will also assist in the development of guest and associate educational programs.
REQUIREMENTS
. Qualified candidate must be able to work in extreme weather conditions, bend, stretch, lift 60lbs. and stoop in order to set up daily activities. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Be able to read, write and converse in English. Must have an outgoing personality and clean neat appearance. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must possess the ability to supervise a minimum of 10 children, associates and interns.
