Records Specialist

Hines is one of the largest real estate organizations in the world.Hines seeks a Records Specialist to assist the Records Manager in completing a company-wide document and records management program and by continuously inputting innovations to maximize its usage, and to ensure this Records Management Program is always in compliance with current laws and the enterprise business and legal requirements. The Records Specialist will assist the Records Manager in monitoring day-to-day operations of Central Records and improving the departmental efficiency.Minimum Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Records Management, Library Science, Business or Technology required
2 years experience in enterprise document imaging and records management
