This incumbent will be expected to fully understand Good Records Management practices and be able to apply them in a GMP environment. This position will be responsible for:
Assisting with meeting facilitation and project management activities
Authoring document revisions
Creating and updating ERoom data and files
Gathering, trending and maintaining metrics,
Initiating and conducting department investigations
Serve as site project document manager:
Assume responsibilities for AB Project Documentation Management for the purposes of leading a project from the top. In this role, they will prepare and oversee document schedules, tracking spreadsheets, and metric generation
Train future project-specific Project Documentation Managers in their roles and responsibilities
The Project Documentation Manager(s) will then further train all project document Authors and Users in regards to their roles and responsibilities
Maintain oversight and scheduling of X113, the current dedicated project room equipped with two QRM/Documentum workstations
Communicate QRM process, expectations and methodology to project teams
Collaborating with Content Management Supervisor to ensure adequate communication between QRM and project teams.
Additionally, the incumbent will assist with site Records Management projects to support operational and compliance excellence initiatives. This position will serve as coordinator of the site wide Documentation Task Force (DTF) and QRM Project Initiatives and will collaborate with QRM personnel when conducting investigations and training activities.
Requirements:
A BS Degree and 8 years of experience or MS and 6 years of experience.
Exceptional Communication Skills and understanding of change management .
Experience with writing and performing investigations.
Employ various methodologies and tools for OE, risk management, project management and meeting facilitation
Be able to meet demanding timelines.
6-8 years experience working in a regulated environment. The ability to develop effective working relationships in a cross-functional team is important.
Experience with secure business driven computer applications is preferable.
Ideal candidate should be able to write clear, concise and complete communications.
The ideal candidate must have strong organization, communication & interpersonal skills
