Records Coordinator
Records Coordinator needed at our Regional Office in Salt Lake City, UT.General Growth Properties is a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker symbol GGP. Our malls feature more than 24,000 retail stores and anchor department stores, as well as theaters, sit-down restaurants, ice skating rinks and other forms of family entertainment.Responsible for maintaining/ archiving tenant plans and base building drawings. This position also fills print orders and distributes to various individuals throughout the company and outside. Requires constant interaction with tenant coordinators, department staff and outside consultants.The Job Duties include: Receive and distribute tenant plans, prelim & final submissions to the appropriate tenant coordinator. Maintain and update tenant coordination report, regarding plan submission dates. Date stamp plan submissions and other submitted tenant documents. Fill print order requests for tenant plans and other related documents. Maintain/ archive tenant and base building drawings. Work closely with outside consultants, i.e. printing vendors, to ensure that print orders are expedited in a timely fashion. Retrieve tenant as-built drawings upon request for tenant print packages. Review and process vendor billings for printing. Maintains, updates, and distributes several departmental reports on a regular basis. Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) to two (2) years of office aid/print room experience. Experience in retail construction, architectural or engineering offices preferred. Strong computer skills preferably on Windows 98, Microsoft Excel and Word. Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills required, self-motivated.EOE M/F/D/V
