Receptionist / Regional Admin Team Leader

Works together with other Team Members to assure that all objectives and goals of the department, Regional Corporate Office and Region as communicated by the Team Leader and Regional Leadership, are met or exceeded. Abides by the strictest standards of accepted professional practices. Must be punctual and dependable Answer phones and direct calls to intended recipient. Point person for shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS) Order specified kitchen supplies. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of kitchen and general office. Stock kitchen supplies, clear refrigerator and load/empty dishwasher. Assist in sorting incoming and outgoing mail. Coordinate and schedule conference rooms for meetings. Order lunches for regional meetings. Order all office and shipping supplies. Code administration invoices. Miscellaneous support for Administration Team. Can lift a minimum of 15 up to 40 pounds. Practice safe use of all tools and equipment required by the position. Know and practice proper lifting techniques. Practice proper care and maintenance of all equipment used. Report safety violations and hazards immediately. Regular attendance and punctuality is essential. Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader/Regional Leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
Able to meet physical job requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate patiently and effectively with others. Posses basic computer skills. Must be self-motivated and solution oriented, and have good follow through. Is available for flexible scheduling. Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task. Proactive approach to problem solving. Passion for the Whole Foods Market mission. Ability to embrace change with enthusiasm.
