Receptionist - Office Manager

The world’s largest conference organizer is seeking an energetic, multi-tasker for the all important role of Receptionist & Office Manager.

The International Quality & Productivity Center (www.iqpc.com) has an opening in their New York City headquarters for a take charge person to manage the following functions:

•Liaise with building on all tenant related issues
•Liaise with outside vendors servicing and supplying the office
•Liaise with internal staff, both domestic and international
•Answer main phone line and check voice mail box
•Mail/mailroom management
•Coordinating travel schedules for all staff
•Manage conference room schedules
•Support to senior management
REQUIREMENTS
If you enjoy being the “go-to” person, then this position is for you. We are looking for someone with a great personality who can handle the excitement of a very busy office. Salary, full benefits, 401k, paid vacation. Experience a plus, but we will also train the right person. This is also a great entry level position for someone who wants to get his or her foot in the door.
