Receptionist/Admin

Admin. Position: Intercepts and routes calls, takes thorough messages and provides basic information to callers. He/She is in contact with the public and must represent the company in a professional, friendly manner at all times striving to minimize the time they are on hold. Responsibilities: Contact customers to schedule appointments, update various spreadsheets and track daily sales and trends. Assist sales staff as needed. Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and refer them to the appropriate individual for assistance.All other company related duties as assigned by the Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Must speak clearly and pleasantly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers. Must be able to convey messages clearly accurately and quickly. Ability to interact well with co-workers. Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures. Ability to accept constructive criticism. Good communication skills and professional personal appearance. Must be proficient with Word, Excel and general computer skills and be familiar with multi-phone lines. Part time position with benefits. Must be flexible with hours willing to work Monday-Saturday.
