Reception/Office Clerical

This is a fantastic opportunity for multi-tasking in a fast-paced, fun environment. This dynamic position is the first contact that our customers have with the firm. You will answer telephones, respond to inquiries from potential customers, direct clients and vendors to the appropriate contact persons, greet visitors, provide clerical support and assist in the management of the office. Flexible variety of tasks. Never boring!!! Minimum high school diploma or general equivalent diploma. Basic computer skills are required along with knowledge of Word, good typing skills and an energetic and warm personality. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. Serve as the interface between the company and its clients and vendors.

Work closely with office manager to ensure the highest levels of customer service with your smiling face and professional phone voice!

Assist in the management of the office.

Keep schedules, file, fax, and provide clerical support.

Must be dependable, energetic and friendly.

Basic computer knowledge required plus familiarity with Word and above average typing skills.
