Our San Antonio office is seeking a CLINICAL FIELD STAFF SUPERVISOR to provide guidance and leadership to our patient care staff. Our Clinical Field Staff Supervisor plays an active role in establishing and coordinating our patients' care, by communicating with all involved parties, including the referring physicians, the patients, the families, and the clinical field staff. The role is the hub of the activity surrounding the daily operations of the agency. It is a highly visible role and one with a substantial amount of daily interaction with the clinical field staff.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:



Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas.

Must have a minimum of 1 year's nursing experience.

Must have at least 1 year of experience in home health or related field.

Must have basic computer skills, including experience in navigating the internet and basic proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and be capable of driving in all types of weather conditions.

Must be able to provide evidence of automobile liability insurance issued in Texas.

Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
