RESEARCH TECHNICIAN I/WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN/MAIL CLERK

Perdue Farms, Inc., is in search of individuals to fill the following positions in Salisbury, Maryland:

RESEARCH TECHNICIAN I
Technician I in the Technical Services Farm & Yield Research Department. This position requires the selected individual to provide the collection of research data in a timely manner and with exceptional accuracy. Handle live birds and be able to lift up to 100 pounds. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalency. Some knowledge of poultry, hatchery, feed mills and processing plants is preferred. Class B driver’s license preferred. Candidate must declare their salary requirements in order to be considered.

WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN
Warehouse Technician at our Research and Development facility. Principle duties include: Ordering and receiving supplies, conducting bench top, pilot plant and plant testing as specified by Pilot Plant Coordinator and Engineers. Must maintain a clean and orderly work area. The selected candidate must have a high school diploma, Associates degree preferred and a minimum of one-year food experience or equivalent. Strong oral and written communication skills, the ability work well with others and take direction are necessary. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and computer experience is required. Candidate must declare their salary requirements in order to be considered.

MAIL CLERK
Mail Clerk position at the Corporate office. This position requires the selected individual to collect, sort and distribute inter-company and postal mail in the Salisbury area. Pick up, load and unload, deliver packages and supplies. The ability to perform minor maintenance tasks. The selected candidate will have a high school diploma, strong verbal communication and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as well as a clear driving record. Candidate must declare their salary requirements in order to be considered.
