We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our office located in Cary, NC.

RECEPTIONIST - Cary, NC

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary operations and customer contact by reporting issues to the proper organization
Administrative support, shipping/ receiving, and maintain office equipment
Daily office routines: answering telephones, typing, scheduling, etc.
Assist visitors and oversee building access to authorized personnel
Act as point of contact for RSVP responses for Sun Sponsored Events
Assist new hires and visitors
Manage office supplies
Perform other job related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Security liaison to Corporate (new-hire badges)
Vendor point of contact (coffee, water supplies, vending machines, Xerox, faxes, etc. Coordinates repairs and service)
Keep mailroom, lobby, conference rooms and break rooms in order
REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Minimum of 2-4 years in office management / facilities or equivalent combination of education and experience
