RECEPTIONIST & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Leading Mortgage Company looking for postive and upbeat individuals for both reception and customer service positions. Qualified candidates must possess excellent telephone and customer service skills, have a warm upbeat voice, be detail oriented, have a working knowledge of a windows-based computer environment with basic typing ability of 50 wpm, be able to multi-task and remain focused and productive daily though tasks may be repetitive. Since you are our client's first point of contact you will be required to maintain a highly professional attitude/behavior and ensure friendly, flawless service. The receptionist will manage a 7 line switchboard and have general office duties after they've mastered the telephone system. The customer service representative must have proven effective communication, follow-up, problem solving and mathematical skills. They must also be able to access data and make informed decisions on what steps are needed to meet caller's needs. High school degree or equivalent, non-smoker, fluent in English - Spanish is a plus, competitive compensation and benefit package ($11.00 per hour, Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, 401K matching plan and more).
