Purchasing/Imaging Clerk

•Provide computer and clerical support for document imaging (IMAGE NOW) including, but not exclusively: document preparation, document reassembly, numbering, photocopying, scanning, shredding, and quality control.
•Maintain the purchasing process by receiving, verifying, logging, and forwarding purchase orders, maintaining files and producing information. Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
•Completes purchasing process by removing purchase orders from printer, inputting, formatting, copying, transmitting data, and distributing
•Maintains master price list by updating prices
•Performs related work duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
•High School education or equivalent and two years appropriate office experience
•Excellent computer and accurate database skills
•Ability to retain new information quickly
•Take direction from team lead/supervisor and follow specific project guidelines
•Detail oriented, excellent time management and organizational skills
•Good communication skills, both oral and written
•Able to multi-task and train across functional aspects of production process and a willingness to be crossed trained in all aspects of imaging process
•Ability to lift 25+ lb. boxes on a regular basis. Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
