PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR
Job Code #06-046

Next Day Gourmet, a national wholesale distributor of restaurant equipment and supplies, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Foodservice and Royal Ahold, has an ideal opportunity for an entry level Purchasing Administrator at our New Brighton, MN office.

Responsibilities:
•Reorder stock merchandise to maintain proper inventory levels
•Process drop ship orders
•Review out of stock and availability reports taking corrective action as necessary
•Maintain vendor masters and vendor quotes
•Maintain freight costs and forecast records for each item segment
•Schedule and release assembly stock orders
•Research and resolve manufacturer invoicing and receiving errors
•Resolve vendor and sales discrepancies
•Coordinate customer returns and disposition of product
•Review overstock reports
•Assemble and distribute vendor catalogs and price lists
•Review printed material for accuracy in warranties, features, claims, prices, etc.

Candidates must be computer proficient. Previous Purchasing experience strongly preferred.
