Provider Relations Coordinator

Classification: Temporary Compensation: $12.00 to $15.00 per hour OfficeTeam Healthcare Group has several temporary openings for experienced provider services representatives to assist a downtown managed care organization. Position will be taking inbound calls from healthcare providers and resolving issues regarding medical claims. Must have strong customer service skills and claims processing knowledge. Basic understanding of ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding is required. Experience with EOBs, prior authorizations, and pre-certifications preferred.
