We currenlty have an excellent opportunity for a Property Management Coordinator to join our rapidly growing company. The Property Managment Coordiantor will provide clerical and administrative support on property management to the new properties development projects and for existing properties

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly statements, rent roll, monthly rent collection for new and existing properties
Coordinate any tenants requests with on site property management company & follow up for any repair & maintenance for all properties
Coordinate with tenants for unpaid rent by issuing late notices or eviction notice as necessary, prepare any information and consult with attorney for eviction or any legal matters
Review properties invoices before submit for payment
Search on site properties management companies when new projects turnover, schedule turn over properties site visit
Update all tenants liability insurance certificate
Periodically properties visit to ensure the properties in good condition
Monitor on site property management company performance and review monthly properties reports
Assist in work with real estate broker to fill nay vacancy, new tenants for tenant improvement and renew lease for all existing properties
Other tasks assigned
REQUIREMENTS
BA or BS in Business Administration
2 years of office experiences
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skill, good team player, detail oriented
