Small Property/Casualty Insurance Company is seeking a customer service representative to join the growing team!
Warm and friendly work environment has an opening for a Customer Service RepresentativeThis position is temporary to permanent and will begin immediately
This position is 90 day contract to hirePrimarily responsibilities for this position are:
Providing effective, outstanding customer serviceAbility to receive, investigate and respond to customer inquiries
Partner with other employees to provide service as outlined in our policies and procedures
Address customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution
Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily
Provide timely and accurate information to customers and policy requests
Process customer changes according to established policies and procedures
Make outbound 2nd Notice Calls on a daily basis
Prior Insurance background preferred but not requiredMust have stable job history and upbeat personality
REQUIREMENTS
Communication/interpersonal Skills – effectively and professionally communicate with customers and other employees
BA or BS Degree preferred or commensurate experience in the Insurance industry
Must enjoy dynamic environment – constantly changing
Excellent MS Office skills, including advanced Word, Excel
High performance/resultsAble to interact within a team environmentMake outbound 2nd Notice Calls on daily basisAbility to write short correspondenceTime Management – ability to organize and manage multiple prioritiesCommitment to company Mission, Goals, Vision and ValuesBe adaptable with additional tasks as our business grows and how we conduct business
