Project Coordinator - General Office Support

The Entech Group, Inc. is a firm that provides a full range of Engineering, Environmental Consulting, and Environmental Remediation Services. Our office, located in Denville, New Jersey is seeking a motivated candidate for immediate employment to join our professional team. Entech offers an excellent benefit package.
The candidate should possess a professional image and strong work ethic to support a growing fast paced office environment. The position will include the following duties, and other duties as assigned.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include:
Communication and interaction with potential and existing clients
Preparation of proposals, estimates and other correspondence
Process new clients, update internal company website, task code and project management documents
Apply for permits, schedule inspections, coordinate, and schedule subcontractors for Entech field activities
Prepare office and field folders for upcoming scheduled field activities
Prepare health and safety plans
Preparation and revision of project invoices
Prepare summary documents upon completion of project
Initial preparation of draft reports, letters and materials to governmental agencies
Coordinate and prepare electronic data deliverables disks for the NJDEP
Assist and support project team members as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
General Office Support responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Copying, scanning, and filing documents
Download and electronically file photographs
Preparation of project folders
Organization, scanning and archiving of closed projects
Coordinate with management and field personnel to update and create new standard documents, as necessary
Maintaining and updating Company database
Requirements:
Positive attitude, strong organizational skills and willingness to handle multiple tasks
Previous office experience is required. College Degree a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledgeable in Dreamweaver and Photo Shop a plus.
Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively use time
Outgoing personality / ability to communicate with prospective clients and Project team members
