Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant
Purpose:
A fortune 500 financial firm is looking for dedicated, hard working project coordinators for a large branch upgrade project.
This is a minimum 6 month project and is very large and complex. Project coordinators will be responsible for travel booking, as well as heavy expense reporting and time sheet review expertise.
Strong candidates will have extensive customer service skills and be able to handle a fast paced and constantly changing environment, while keeping composure. In addition, candidates will be a leader in the sense of finding different and new ways of administrating work efforts and feeling comfortable expressing those ideas.
Candidates will also have a good understanding about shipping, receiving, tracking and the handling of hardware equipment in a large corporate environment.
