Amtec, LLC a nationwide Telecommunications Contractor is experiencing a tremendous growth and seeks a highly organized Administrator in or Prince Georges Count, MD office. Must be proficient in Excel and be able to multi task. Cable TV and accounting exp. a plus. REQUIREMENTS
Accurately process weekly package and send to corporate on weekly due date.
Account Receivables:
Accurately process Customer Unit Approvals Monitor all invoicing to ensure accounts receivables do not become past due beyond 90 days. Account Payables:
Complete all Purchase orders and Check Requests and submit to the corporate office according to Amtec procedures.
Human Resource:
Ensure all potential new hires are sent for Drug testing and all appropriate forms are faxed to the HR department at corporate immediately. (ie. forms 105,113,115 copy of SS card and DL)
Ensure all New Hire packages are completed accurately and sent to the corporate HR department in sufficient time.
Request contracts from corporate for all subcontractors; review all completed contracts and insurance certificate for accuracy and sufficient insurance requirements.
Reporting of all accidents such as workers’ compensation, auto, and damage claims.
Send Change of Status form to HR department in sufficient time. Document all disciplinary action, verbal or written and send to the HR department. Create weekly Managers Report for Project Managers review.
Track of all Amtec assets in field office, to include sending issue and transfer forms to the Asset Manager at corporate.
