Production Control Manager / Master Scheduler

Dresser Inc. is seeking applicants for a Production Control Manager position.

Responsibilities:
Schedule Customer Orders to acheive the Profit Plan and satify the customer delivery requirements.
Maintain effective use of plant production capacity.
Control inventory at the optimal levels required to support customer service.
Develop, recommend, and implement the master production schedule.
Responsible for initiating purchase orders to support $80 to $90 million in shipments and for controling inventory levels to support these orders.
REQUIREMENTS


Qualified applicants should have the following:
Bachelors degree in Business, Materials Management, or other closely related fields.
Demonstrate success in leading and managing others.
10-12 years experience in production and inventory control.
Understanding of computerized Manufacturing Control Systems.
Ability to manage and oversee multiple departments involved in the productions system.
