Position Title: Processing Technician

Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, provides clerical support to Underwriters and Rater/Coders. Researches and corrects routine system errors. Types and/or processes a variety of reports, filings, and cancellation letters to comply with legal requirements. Enters or retrieves policy information and inputs routine and non-routine entries and transactions. Handles billing questions and communicates with Agents and Policyholders. Processes routine business and provides general clerical support to underwriting and operations unit in the processing of all transactions, including new submissions, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. Accesses various systems to input data and compile information and reports for internal and external customers

Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent

2 or more years of related experience.

Excellent customer service orientation and good communication skills.
