Process Analyst
A process analyst is needed with process mapping skills for the purpose of building out many levels of process diagrams for the Post Closing area. This position involves a combination of both technical and business experience. A background is needed in analyzing, documenting business processes, working closely with decision makers, business owners and the end user to implement business requirements.
The successful candidate should have a demonstrated history of business process experience, excellent problem solving and analytical skills. They should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
-Documenting business processes in order to define and scope current business activities for the development of future procedures
-Produce detailed process flows
-Meeting with decision makers, business owners and the end user to define business and operational goals
-Researching, reviewing and analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of existing processes with efforts to develop strategies for enhancement
-Preparing and delivering reports, recommendations and/or alternatives for improving processes
-Communicating process changes, enhancements, modifications verbally or through written documentation to management, business leaders and the end user
