PRIMARY PURPOSE OR POSITION OBJECTIVES
The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) coordinates printing and fulfillment jobs, from estimate to completion. They will work closely with sales to assist in bring new business into the production flow. The CSR will track and ensure that job schedules are met, materials are delivered, and costs are documented. CSR will also work with members of other departments (such as Production, Systems and Design) to smooth and streamline the production process. Reviews jobs to ensure that they are completed with the quality and accuracy as the client expects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks specific to the fulfillment of these responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Prepare sales proposal (RFQ) for the client on behalf of Sales Representatives.
?Establish initial contact with client when starting a job, contacting them directly with any questions or problems that should arise;
•Issuing purchase orders for custom supplies, consumables, and services;
•Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries on a daily basis;
•Tracking job status, time, costs, and issues using company information systems;
•Update production sheet and attend production meetings daily;
•Be able to discuss current and future workload;
•Escalating to Account Executives or management any issues or changes that affect job pricing, job timing, or overall client satisfaction;
•Guarantee quality control through process review and proofreading as necessary.

CSR must be able to handle multiple concurrent jobs and meet all applicable deadlines. To that end, CSR must exhibit good judgment, plan skillfully, and negotiate tactfully in order to modify schedules, production methods, or project specifications.
CSR is expected to maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with clients, vendors, and fellow employees.
On individual and departmental levels, CSR should also follow the company’s lead and strive for continuous improvement. To meet that expectation, they should discuss and develop yearly goals with the Director of Client services.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:College Degree or equivalent experience
Specialized Training:Not Applicable
Previous Experience:1 to 4 years of print shop customer service with a with knowledge of both digital and offset printing
Certificates, Licenses:Not Applicable

QUALIFICATIONS
Supervisory Responsibilities:Not Applicable
Language Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Mathematical Skills:Requires good basic math skills – accounting experience a plus
Computer Skills:Microsoft Office suite, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat.
Reasoning Ability:Ability to organize jobs, prioritize and schedule the communication with clients and production in order to complete projects in a manner that will build and retain our client’s business.
Physical Demands:Moderate – as needs arise, CSR may assist in the fulfillment and delivery of finished media. Extended hours will be required to meet job demands.
Work Environment:All employees are responsible for maintaining a “do whatever it takes” approach to ensure overall facility success. They must also be familiar with procedures, systems and facility operations in order to meet client needs.
