Overview
The role of the Recruiter is to identify or source, assess and qualify candidates for contract staffing openings in their designated vertical market in a timely fashion, while positively representing the Hiring Company.
Responsibilities
• Contact candidate leads through cold calling, call lists, job boards, internet usage, database searches and networking. Assess candidates sourced to determine if they meet basic qualifications based on Client profile.
• Accurately build and maintain in-house database of active and passive Contractors.
• Facilitate the candidate hiring process including arrangement of candidate interviews, prepping and debriefing with candidates, negotiating pay rates, completing reference checks and background/drug tests as needed as well as determining start dates.
• Completing and submitting all new hire paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Collect, audit and submit all Contractor timecards ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Provide management with various reports relating to candidate pipeline, open or closed assignments and other reports as requested.

Required education/experience/license:
• Associates/Bachelors degree or combination of education and work experience.
