We are seeking a PowerPoint Specialist to join our marketing communication team. This position is responsible for the maintenance, development, reformatting and archiving of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.

The PowerPoint Specialist will report to the Manager of Marketing Communications and will work closely with the Marketing Communications team in providing PowerPoint development services that effectively market and generate demand for Fujitsu wireless and wireline telecommunications solutions.

This is a contract position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·The PowerPoint Specialist is the primary Marketing and Sales contact for the creation, storage, re-formatting and maintenance of all PowerPoint assets
·Maintains and ensures all product PowerPoint presentations are kept up-to-date both in terms of content and brand appearance
·Creates and designs original PowerPoint content; re-formats and optimizes existing PowerPoint presentations
·Supports the Manager of Marketing Communications in the administration of an enterprise-class PowerPoint slide management tool
·Enforces visual identity guidelines and other elements of the Fujitsu brand
·Utilizes the following development applications:
oPowerPoint, Slide Manager, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other related applications
·Develops content schema and maintains meta data for all PowerPoint content elements
REQUIREMENTS
·Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic/Fine Arts or related field
·2-3 years experience developing PowerPoint presentations
·Must have expert proficiency with PowerPoint 2003
·Microsoft PowerPoint certification preferred
·Must have demonstrated work experience in creating and developing PowerPoint presentation in a B2B environment.
·Excellent communication and organizational skills
·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
