Personal Assistant for Chairman/CEO

Employer (a very busy and successful businessman) seeks high quality personal assistant to assist him with a wide variety of personal and business related tasks. Employer runs an international consulting firm which requires him to maintain a very busy lifestyle/schedule. This position is based in Washington D.C. but will require frequent travel. This is a live out position. Exciting fast paced environment. Competitive salary (based on assessed skills, experience and potential) and benefits. Major Responsibilities

1) Keeps employer advised of and on track with short/long term schedule requirements (calls, meetings, personal appointments etc.)
2) Schedules calls for employer with senior level executives
3) Assists employer with various business related administrative tasks as needed
4) Interfaces with outside contacts and company personnel on employer’s behalf (as needed)
5) Manages travel details and reservations (transportation, lodging, dinning, itinerary etc.)
6) Prepares employer for business trips
7) Travels with employer (business trips, personal trips) as needed
8) Maintains care/accountability of employer’s wardrobe and luggage
9) Sets up computer equipment as needed (hotel rooms; prior to business meetings etc)
10) Assists employer with various personal tasks/errands as needed
11) Drives employer as required
12) Monitors and assists employer with maintenance of health regime (incl. exercise routine, nutrition, stress reduction)
REQUIREMENTS
1) Ability and willingness to perform above tasks
2) Highly professional appearance
3) Very strong organizational skills
4) Highly flexible and adaptable
5) Excellent verbal communications skills and polished telephone manner
6) Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
7) Willingness to work long/odd hours
8) Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
9) Strong general proficiency with computers (setting up hardware, installing/running software, basic trouble shooting etc.)
10) Ideal candidate will have formal training and/ or experience in fitness coaching/training, nutrition and massage therapy (certifications preferred but not required, but must be willing to be trained to perform these functions).
11) Knowledge of differences in international business protocols is a plus
12) Previous experience as a PA is preferred but not required, will train right individual with necessary basic skills, abilities and characteristics.
