Performance Measurement Lead

BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest business consulting and systems integration firms dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.BearingPoint Public Services, Public Health and Social Services sector is currently searching for an experienced Strategy and Innovation Performance Manager.Preference will be given to candidates local to our Atlanta, GA office. No relocation assistance offered.We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve in a lead role for an engagement in the Emergency Response Office of our client. The person will be apart of a 6 person team that supports the client with performance measurement and evaluation activities. As part of this team, the person will be responsible for working directly with the client’s Strategy and Innovation Officer to develop a strategy and framework for executing and measuring performance within the client’s functional areas of Surveillance, Epidemiology, Response Operations, Laboratory and Public Health Architecture. This position will develop performance objectives and performance measures and work with client programs to align emergency preparedness projects and funding to these performance objectives and measures. The position will establish a process by which performance data is collected and reported. The position will coordinate and facilitate meetings with senior staff from various programs and consolidating, documenting and disseminating information collected as a result of the aforementioned performance management processes.The candidate will demonstrate a consistent record of work experience, academic excellence, personal achievement and leadership. The candidate will possess strong skills in strategic planning, performance measurement, development of performance objectives, project management and communications. The candidate will have strong written, communication, and presentation skills.
Requirements:
>Minimum of 6years experience
>5 plus years public health experience at the federal, state or local level.
>3-5 years plus management experience.
>2 years plus hands-on project management experience, including ability to design and maintain project schedule for all projects.
>2 years plus of work experience in strategic planning.
>2 years plus of proven work experience in performance measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
>MBA or masters in public health (MPH)
>Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.Preferred
