PeopleSoft HRIS Business Analyst

* Provide production support for the centralized PeopleSoft HRMS application used by 12 separate Federal Reserve districts, resolving user processing problems.
* Document problem cases using a customer service management tool and create training and procedures documents.
* Manage projects associated with enhancing PeopleSoft HRMS functionality and/or implementing new functionality/modules, including conducting research, performing system set-up, working with technical staff to design new pages and processes, etc.
* Create test scripts, perform system maintenance and testing, evaluate and implement new functionality and technology.
* Develop ad hoc queries.
* Primary areas of emphasis and level of project complexity for this position may vary based on the skill level and experience of the incumbent
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
* At least two years experience supporting an automated application (preferably PeopleSoft HRMS products).
* In-depth experience using query tools, mapping data, and resolving processing problems.
* Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and juggle multiple assignments and priorities.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
* Proven customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environ
