Job Area: Engineering - Systems

Role: As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer (SITE), the successful candidate will create test plans, design and execute test cases, and implement automation to validate complex software interfaces, electrical and optical functionality, and performance of MEMS-based flat panel display products. Test cases will target functionality and performance across operating extremes of input voltage, waveform timing, electrical load conditions, screen content, and frame rates. Additionally, the SITE is responsible for identifying and isolating design deficiencies in prototype display modules.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Experience: Three plus years experience creating and executing formal test procedures. Candidates must be familiar with the use of general-purpose test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and in-circuit emulators to diagnose initial turn-on issues with prototype and pre-production hardware and software. The ideal candidate will be particularly adept at testing, validating, and debugging emulation platforms and 1st silicon from both a hardware and software perspective. Some domestic and international travel is required.

Additional Skills: The successful candidate will be a highly disciplined, process-oriented engineer who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Background in image processing, electrical systems, mechanical systems or optical systems is considered a plus.

Education Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required. MS preferred. * ~
