Passenger Service Agents- Pt. Time

Penauille Servisair has exciting part-time opportunities for Passenger Service Agents at its McCarran International Airport location (Las Vegas, NV). The qualified candidates are responsible for checking in passengers and assigning them to allocated seats.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Issue and check tickets and travel documents, handle money (i.e.
cash, credit card, travelers checks and foreign currency) and
process airline travel vouchers.
-Operate a computerized passenger ticket terminal.
-Ensure that cabin seats or space is available on aircraft and
verifies passenger count.
-Check in baggage and direct passenger to designated area.
-Respond to telephone inquiries.
-Monitor hand-held baggage of passengers.
-Provide information on flight arrivals and departures.
-Handle passengers requiring special assistance, such as disabled
passengers, parents with infants, etc.
-Take lost and found reports.
-Log and store baggage left over from flights.
-Maintain log of all unclaimed baggage.
REQUIREMENTS
-Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
-Excellent communication skills.
