REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess: A college degree (2 year or 4 year). A combination of education and experience may be considered.
2+ years of office support experience in an advertising agency or corporate sales department with knowledge and understanding of advertising agency terminology and processes.
Experience in providing superior support services, managing Outlook calendars for the department or individuals, setting up internal and external meetings and other support related tasks.
Strong analytical and computer application skills. Exceptional Microsoft Office knowledge and skill desired. Team Approach experience is also helpful.
Experience with media data-collection resources, such as Neilsen, Media Audit, Arbitron, ABC or other related resources.
Experience conducting research and other data related projects using multiple sources.
Exceptional attention to detail and quality service. Strong aptitude for working with numbers, proofing, editing and creating sales and other related reports.
Exceptional customer service.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
The ability to successfully handle details with accuracy in a fast-paced, multi-client setting.
The ability to work independently, be a self-starter and motivate self to achieve success.We seek an individual with proven ability that is results-oriented and who will contribute to the success of tpt!
