Rover Field Technician at the Maryland Elections!


The pay is $400.00 flat rate. The flat rate includes hours and mileage combined.


The days required are as follows:

Saturday, September 9th for training –

“Paid Training” on the new state of the art technology - AccuVote-TSX. (Approx. 8 hours) all training is mandatory


Monday, September 11th for set-up (6 hours)

Tuesday, September 12th for Election’s (6 hours)

Description:
Help PC Technicians and Project Manager as Rovers - on the Election Day to be the eyes and ears in the field, reporting voting machines problems.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

~Presentable and professional individual to work the day before the day of the election

~Must be able to follow instructions

~Must have excellent communications skills

~Must be able to work overtime and flexible hours on Elections Day

~Must be available the entire day before the Election – from Poll opening to Poll closing.

~Must have reliable transportation to travel entire day before and day of election

~Must be able to lift up to 35 to 55 lbs
Previous election experience is always a plus


Special Instructions:

~Must have valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
