Part Time HR Administrator

A local manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a part time HR administrator. Job tasks include,
• Plan and direct the implementation and administration of employee benefit programs such as health insurance, life insurance, workers compensation, employee assistance, and other plans.

• Oversee the communication of information to employees and former employees about benefit programs, procedures, and government mandated disclosures.

• Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. This includes, but is not limited to, EEO/AA, ADEA, FLSA, and Title VII.

• Maintain and update Employee Guides as needed.

• Advise and assist management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

• Provides orientation to new employees.
REQUIREMENTS
• Two or four year degree from four-year college or university in Human Resources with four to six years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
