Part Time - HR Admin Assistant

•Maintains employment resumes, applicant forms, and applicant flow logs in line with company policy.
•Assist with new hire orientation by compiling new hire binders and personnel/benefit folders. Assist with Year-End process for Benefits and Payroll
•Sets up new hires with an employee badge as well as replacement of badges for employees.
•Performs clerical functions such as filing of payroll, benefits records, and run reports.
•Quarterly distribution of Cash Balance statements and Benefits at Work newsletter.
•Assist with pulling files / records during departmental audits.
•Schedule interviews and serve as liaison between the hiring manager, the candidate, and the placement agencies.
•Maintain the educational reimbursement history for employees participating in this program.
•Assist with the annual health fair and annual open enrollment process.
•Maintain training records in Ceridian.
•Provide payroll backup support.
•Maintains office bulletin boards in an up-to-date and legal compliance manner.
REQUIREMENTS
•Four (4) years of administrative office experience
•Associates degree preferred
•Ceridian Source 500 preferred
•Must possess strong PC skills (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Able to prioritize multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills.
