Part-Time Floating Mailroom/Copy Clerk

Administrative Resource Options, Inc. (ARO) is a growing national outsourcing firm specializing in office services management. We have a presence in over 16 cities and are among the leaders in the facilities management industry.

We have an immediate opening for a part time Floating Mailroom/Copy Clerk that can travel between Mission Valley and downtown San Diego. ARO is not a temp agency. These opportunities are regular positions with all standard benefits available.

Responsibilities include:
- Traveling to different sites in Mission Valley and downtown San Diego.
- Processing Incoming/Outgoing mail
- Handle packages with UPS, FedEx, DHL
- Copy Operation
- Processing Incoming/Outgoing faxes
- Receptionist Services
- Hospitality Services
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
- Superior Customer Service
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Some general computer knowledge
- Reliable transportation to travel between Mission Valley and downtown San Diego
- Available to work on call between 8:00am and 5:30pm

Desired skills:
- Previous mailroom experience
- Previous copy center experience
