Part-Time Customer Assistance Specialist

The Customer Assistance Specialist will be responsible for the prompt and efficient collection of all delinquent and over limit accounts. The Customer Assistance Specialist will contact delinquent Customers, address them in a professional and courteous manner, and clearly explain the importance of maintaining a current credit card account. The Specialist will encourage the Customer to bring their account up to date and recommend various payment methods designed to resolve the account’s delinquent or over limit status. The Specialist will be required to consistently meet department standards in multiple categories each day and maintain an established quality score based on established performance and productivity criteria.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Work Experience:
* Current enrollment or two-plus years of college from an accredited college/university or specified related experience.
* Two (2) or more years of Call Center-, Customer Assistance-, or Customer Service-related experience
