PROJECT COORDINATOR - TRADE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Description:

Corporate office, located in Livermore, has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator for its East Bay Pella Window & Door territory. The position of a Project Coordinator works directly with Trade Sales Reps in managing their accounts. With the right candidate, this position may lead to a Trade Sales Rep position. Working with the Trade Sales Representative, the Project Coordinator will assist the Trade Rep in developing long-term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, trade organizations and consumer clients. The successful candidate will be an energetic, effective communicator who is able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

?Assist in the design and implementation of a sales plan that will achieve the sales goals as determined by the Sales Manager
?Prospect for lead generation and sales
?Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services
?Provide product demos to qualified customers including appropriate pricing information
?Inform customers and potential customers on a timely basis of business changes such as product offering, pricing or assembly options
?Create and demonstrate strong value propositions for each potential customer and provide value engineering options when needed
?Estimate delivery dates based on knowledge on Company’s production and delivery schedules
?Complete detailed, precise and timely orders with documentation follow through for on-time and accurate product deliveries
?Educate customers on proper installation, service and maintenance of products
?Provide pro-active after-sales follow-up to ensure positive and acceptable customer satisfaction scores
?Work with the Sales Rep to investigate and resolve customer inquiries and/or concerns, utilizing Sales Management when necessary and appropriate
?Comply with company policies on pricing, discounting, credit and collections for organization profitability and growth.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

•Strong organizational and analytical skills
•Strong computer skills
•Detail oriented as well as flexible, hardworking, honest and ethical and a team player
•Must be prepared to travel as required by the job
•Must be a goal oriented and highly motivated individual who is able to excel independently and as part of a team
•Experience dealing with windows and door and production builders would be preferred, but not essential
•College degree or equivalent (3-5 years relevant experience).
