PROJECT ASSISTANT/TRUST ADMINISTRATOR (SECRETARY)

The firm has offices in Boston, D.C., Greenwich, Hartford, New Haven, New York, Stamford and West Hartford.This position provides trust administration support to the Metro New York area Individual Clients group and secretarial support to the Estate Planning Support Supervisor in Stamford including: opening up new administration matters, requesting funds for payment of insurance premiums through our trustee account, preparation of “Crummey” notification letters; preparation of year-end gift tax letters; and understanding all requirements relating to trust administration responsibilities. This position is also responsible for providing occasional support to the paralegal preparing associated gift tax returns. The administrative responsibilities of this position may change as the needs of the Department change. EOE
