PC SUPPORT SPECIALIST II - MCP certification required!

We're looking for the customer service oriented PC Specialist pro with 3 - 5 years experience working with PCs, LANs and/or data communications. The successful candidate for this position will do day-to-day troubleshooting, install applications, and work on technology related projects. If you are a PC Support professional, consider this position!
REQUIREMENTS




3-5 years experience working with PCs, LANs, and/or data communications

3-5 years experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Minimum 2 years interfacing workstations to a LAN or WAN

MCP certification is required

Any Microsoft certifications are preferred

Helpdesk or call center experience preferred



Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your
