Job Description:
The Candidates responsibilities include:
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements/skills:
Intermediate to advanced in MS Excel / Beginner to intermediate in MS Access
Knowledge & understanding of Equity Derivative products including OTC Options, Swaps, and Equity Linked Notes
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience working in a Middle Office Operations role
Previous experience working with booking & settling trades
Minimum of 4 year undergraduate degree
Previous experience working in a corporate environment
Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
1.Understand the Equity Derivatives business and products traded including OTC Options, Equity Linked Notes, and Swaps
2.Responsible for the entire trade life-cycle of equity linked product trades, including (but not limited to): booking transactions, OTC settlements, account/system reconciliation, client and management reporting.
3.Share and communicate product and business knowledge with team members.
4.Identify processing alternatives for traders and sales.
5.Person will be communicating and working with the following groups: Trading, Sales, Equity settlement, Regional Client Service teams, Reorganization, Dividends, Regulatory, Credit Risk, Treasury, Legal and CompliancePay Rate: Approx $32+/hr (depending on skill set/experience)
